284 new COVID positive cases reported in J&K, tally moves to 119628

Death toll rises 1861 with 01 new deaths.

Shopian and Kishtwar reports no new cases.

Srinagar Dec ,25  (PTK) Jammu and Kashmir today reported 284 fresh positive cases of COVID and 01 new deaths, taking the total tally cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 119628.

These cases include 144 from Jammu division and 140 from the Kashmir valley, as per the details provided in media bulletin by DIPR.

The details mentioned that One more COVID patients died in Kashmir valley while Jammu reports no new death, taking the death toll to 1861 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Dividing the cases district wise, it mentioned that 65 cases were reported from Srinagar, 09 from Baramulla, 32 from Budgam, 18 from Pulwama, 09 from Kupwara, 02 from Anantnag while Bandipora reported 01, Ganderbal 03 , Kulgam 01, Jammu 96, Rajouri 07 , Udhampur 08, Doda 11, Kathua 12, Samba 05, poonch 01, Reasi 02, and Ramban 02

Moreover, they said, 409 patients were discharged from from various hospitals including 220 from Jammu division and 189 from Kashmir division. (PTK)
