122 new COVID positive cases reported in J&K, tally moves to 122425,Death toll rises 1909 with 02 new deaths

Anantnag, Shopian, Rajouri, Samba, Poonch and Ramban reports no new cases

Srinagar 09 January: (PTK) Jammu and Kashmir today reported 122 fresh positive cases of COVID and 02 new deaths, taking the total tally cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 122425.

These cases include 64 from Jammu division and 58 from the Kashmir valley, as per the details provided in media bulletin by DIPR.

The details mentioned that Kashmir valley reports no new death, while Two deaths reports from Jammu, taking the death toll to 1909 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Dividing the cases district wise, it mentioned that 25 cases were reported from Srinagar, 08 from Baramulla, 05 from Budgam , 07 from Kupwara, 06 from Pulwama, while Bandipora 02, Ganderbal 02, Kulgam 03, Jammu 47, Udhampur 05, Doda 05, Kathua 04, Kishtwar 02 and Reasi 01

Moreover, they said, 267 patients were discharged from from various hospitals including 116 from Jammu division and 151 from Kashmir division. (PTK)
