Srinagar man accused of raping minor girl arrested:- Police

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR SEP 11 :- A man accused of raping a minor girl in her locality has been arrested in Srinagar.

Srinagar police in a tweet said that accused namely Sajad Ali Sofi of Gulshanbagh, Lal bazar arrested for raping a minor girl of same locality.

Police said that FIR no 53/2022 under sections 376 of IPC and sections 3/4 of POCSO Act stands registered at Lal Bazar PS and further investigation has been taken up.
