Damage to assets of IndusInd bank during demolition drive in Anantnag:- Div Com Kashmir appointed as enquiry officer
Srinagar July 07(PTK) Divisional Commissioner Kashmir has been appointed as the enquiry officer to enquire the issue of demolition of shopping complex housing office of the IndusInd bank in Anantnag district.
As per order, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir has been asked to submit report within a period of 15 days.
“Pandurang Kondbarao Pole, IAS, Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir is hereby appointed as Inquiry Officer to enquire into the issue of demolition of shopping complex housing office of the IndusInd Bank at Ganjiwara, Anantnag.” Reads an order issued by Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Principal Secretary to the Government.
“The Inquiry Officer shall ascertain whether the said demolition was carried out in accordance with procedure prescribed under rules and whether any damage was deliberately inflicted on the moveable assets of the Bank.” It adds.
“The Inquiry Officer may co-opt any officer for conduct of the enquiry and shall submit his report within a period of fifteen (15) days to the Government.” It adds further. (PTK)
