BJP Slams AAP for Patronizing Anti-National Elements and Shielding Tainted Leaders

Dr. Abhijeet Singh Jasrotia, spokesperson of Jammu & Kashmir BJP, came down heavily on the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) for its open patronage of anti-national and anti-social elements, charging the party with giving top positions to individuals with the most tainted police chargesheets.

He also warned the people of Punjab and elsewhere against the divisive and anti-national and anti-social conduct of Aam Aadmi Party.

Dr. Abhijeet was addressing a press conference at the party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, accompanied by Dr. Pardeep Mahotra, Media Incharge J&K BJP, and spokespersons Dr. Hari Dutt Shishu and Adv. Parimoksh Seth.

Dr. Jasrotia exposed the hypocrisy of AAP leader Sanjay Singh, stating that while Singh tried to shield AAP MLA Mehraj Malik by waving certain documents, his own record makes him the “most tainted politician” with as many as 22 FIRs registered against him, far more than even Mehraj Malik.

“A leader with such a dubious record has no integrity to testify for others. In fact, this is the very character of AAP, its office bearers and representatives seem to be history-sheeters, as if having criminal records is a prerequisite for elevation in the party,” he charged.

Lambasting Sanjay Singh further, Dr. Jasrotia said Singh came only to spread lies. Referring to Singh’s remarks that Fiaz Ahmad Nazar was a terrorist, he clarified that even the administration had confirmed that Nazar’s name was falsely confused and at the time he was merely a student. “This proves how casually AAP picks issues, without facts, only to instigate the atmosphere and befool the public. After deceiving the people of Delhi, they are now attempting to mislead people elsewhere, including Jammu & Kashmir,” he said.

He accused AAP of deliberately trying to create communal wedges, asserting firmly that BJP will not allow such designs to succeed.

Dr. Jasrotia highlighted several glaring cases exposing AAP’s true character: Sheikh Fida Hussain, its contested candidate from Devsar, remained under TADA court custody for a year; Manjinder Singh Lalpura, AAP MLA from Taran-Taran, faces molestation trials so severe that the victim had to seek security for her safety; and Mehraj Malik has glorified jihadist groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba, hailed terrorist Burhan Wani, insulted a lady doctor. These also activities endorse Swati Mahiwal’s charges also.

Malik even abused Hindus by calling them ‘Sharabis with Tilaks’, branding Muslims as “Chor-Sharabis,” and said that he will spit on the face of Singh, while abusing the DC. He habitually hurled abusive remarks against dignitaries, including government officials. He went so far as to instigate road blockades that tragically caused the death of a two-month-old girl child.

“Such behavior is not aberration but the very qualification for climbing ranks in AAP,” Dr. Jasrotia said, further exposing Raghav Chadha’s close ties with separatist sympathizers and recalling Pannu’s allegations of funding AAP while seeking freedom for terrorists.

Issuing a stern warning, Dr. Jasrotia called upon the people of Punjab to rise against AAP, which has already plunged the state into a cesspool of drugs, mafia, and lawlessness. “If Punjab continues to rely on AAP, it risks becoming a breeding ground for terrorism, given the party’s direct liaisons with such forces,” he cautioned.(PTK)
