36.93% Polling Recorded in 26 Assembly Constituencies till 1 PM

Srinagar, Sep 25: The second phase of General Elections to the Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly has witnessed significant voter participation across 26 Assembly constituencies. By 1 PM, the voter turnout stood at an impressive 36.93%, as confirmed by the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), J&K.

Polling is being held across six districts, with enthusiasm reported from several polling stations. Voters have turned out in large numbers despite varied challenges, reflecting a strong democratic spirit in the region.
