Mirwaiz North Kashmir Demands Thorough Investigation into Kashmiri Student’s Death in Bengaluru

Srinagar, July 22: Mirwaiz North Kashmir and Chairman Muslim Mutahida Mahaaz J&K Moulana Parray Hassan Afzal Firdousi on Monday expressed deep sorrow over the sudden and tragic death of Kashmiri student who was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Karnataka capital Bengaluru.

Mirwaiz Hassan Firdousi said as per reports that a student identified as Tanveer Hussain Rather, student of Reva University Bengaluru & resident of Chittargam Budgam was found dead in his rented room in Bengaluru. Rather was staying as a paying guest where he was found dead.

Mirwaiz Hassan Firdousi stressed the need for a fair investigation and requested the authorities’ intervention to ensure that the probe reaches a logical conclusion. Mirwaiz Hassan Firdousi appealed to the Chief Minister of Karnataka to constitute a team to probe the mysterious death of the Jammu and Kashmir student.
