Security Forces Apprehend JeM Militant in Pulwama
PULWAMA : The JK Police and security forces have apprehended a hybrid militant associated with the proscribed Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) outfit at Naina Batapora in Pulwama District. The arrested individual, identified as Rohail Abdullah, had been missing from his home since December 8, 2023.
During the operation, security forces seized a significant cache of arms and ammunition from the militant’s possession, including an AK-56 rifle, magazines, AK ammunition, Chinese grenades, and a Glock pistol with live ammunition. This proactive intervention has thwarted potential acts of violence, ensuring the safety of innocent civilians.
