Govt revises rates of poultry and poultry products
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR NOV 30:- Directorate of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir has revised rate list for chicken and egg products.
As per the new rate list, the broiler chicken rate has been fixed at Rs 100 per kilogram. Parent chicken will be sold at Rs 120 per kilogram and the rate for eggs has been fixed at Rs 72 per dozen.

“In supersession of all previous notification issued on the subject and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under essential commodities act,1955; 1, Dr. Abdul Salam Mir, Director — Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Kashmir hereby revise and re-fix the Maximum rate of poultry and poultry products as under:- Broiler (Live) per Kg, Rs= 100, Parent(Live) per Kg, Rs= 120 and Egg(Per Dozen), Rs 72“ reads the notification a copy of which lies with PTK.
