DDC Rajouri conducts whirlwind tour of Doongi block Inspects developmental projects
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR RAJOURI, NOVEMBER 12: District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, accompanied by a team of officers, on Saturday conducted an extensive tour of Doongi block and inspected the progress of work on a number of RDD sector developmental works.
CPO, Mohammad Khurshid; ACD, Vijay Kumar; ExEn REW, BDO Rajouri, Chander Kant Bhagat and BDO Doongi, Auqhil Nuvaid accompanied the DC.
During the visit, the DDC inspected progress of work on harvesting tanks, PMAY-G houses, the drain Channel etc and asked the officers to work in a mission mode to meet the expectations of the rural masses. He also asked them to expedite the progress on the works to ensure that they are completed within the set deadlines.

Stress was also laid on maintaining quality while executing work on the project and it was made clear that no laxity would be tolerated in this regard. The DC also asked the officers to pay regular field visits to monitor the progress on developmental works.
“Bring in notice of the bottlenecks impeding the execution of works so that the same can be resolved in time in the larger public interest” he asked the RDD department.
Later, the DDC also paid a visit to GMS Upper Kallar. He asked the staff to impart quality education to the students and assess the learning outcomes on regular intervals. While interacting with the students, he advised them to dream big and work hard to achieve the desired goals of their life.
