Essay Competition organised by Handwara Police in memory of Police Martyrs

Press Trust of Kashmir | Srinagar : As a mark of honor and part of commemorating the sacrifices of Police martyrs an Essay writing competition  was held by Handwara Police today at DPL Handwara in which 40 Students of various local schools participated.

Addl. SP Handwara Shri Irshad Hussain-JKPS DYSP DAR Handwara and teachers of various schools witnessed the event.

The essays were on the topic “Education is the gateway of Human development, “Menace of Drug Abuse, and “Women empowerment”

Cash prizes were given to the first three positions, besides all the participants were felicitated with certificates and stationary items.

On the conclusion of the event, Handwara Police paid rich tributes to the police martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the peace and prosperity of the nation and also thanked the participants for their active participation in honoring the Police Martyrs.:- PTK.
