DC Anantnag reviews disposal of complaints under JKIGRAMS
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR ANANTNAG, OCTOBER 15: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag, Dr Basharat Qayoom today reviewed the disposal of complaints registered by the public on JKINGRAMS.
Speaking on the occasion, the DC said that JKIGRAMS is a one stop platform for the public to raise grievances and is a revolutionary step for grievance redressal. He exhorted all officers to ensure that grievances are disposed-off in a time bound and exhaustive manner. He cautioned the officers against taking a casual approach towards redressal.

During the meeting, the DC reviewed the pendency department wise and sub division wise and directed the concerned officers to ensure that pending grievances are resolved within the stipulated time frame.
The meeting was attended by ADC Anantnag Gulzar Ahmad, ACR, Ex. Engineer Jal Shakti Bijbehara and Tehsildar Kokernag among others.
