Newborn baby found dead in Sherbagh Anantnag

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR ANANTNAG AUG 16:-A newborn baby was found dead in Sherbagh area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Tuesday, officials said.

An official said that the body of baby was found in a water body in at Sherbagh area of Anantnag town.

It seems someone dumped off this baby and threw into water body, he said, adding body waa taken to nearby health facility for legal medical formalities

Meanwhile, police has taken cognizance of the incident and started investigation
