DIET Rajouri organises District Level Quiz Competition on Digital India
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR RAJOURI, JULY 27: DIET Rajouri today organised a Quiz Competition on Digital India in connection with celebration of digital week.
The main objective of the programme was to create awareness among the students and teachers regarding the national digital initiatives under Digital India and to encourage use of digital services to promote digital inclusion.
The participants included fourteen teams of students from all educational zones of the district.
The quiz was conducted online using the Zoom platform wherein the participants were connected through ICT labs of their schools.
The students participated with full enthusiasm and excitement in these activities.
The Quiz was hosted by Mohd Ayaz Raina National ICT Awardee Teacher, technical support was provided by Anamika Sharma Sr. Lecturer and Tabasum Mirza Lecturer DIET Rajouri.

The programme was inaugurated by Hamida Begum, Principal DIET Rajouri.
Students of three schools HSS Seri (Zone Dandessar), HSS Khawas (Zone Khawas) and HSS Fatehpur (Zone Rajouri) bagged 1st position. HSS Peeri (zone Peeri and HSS Manjakote (zone manjakote) bagged 2nd Position and HSS Doongi (Zone Doongi), HSS Devak (Zone Lower Hathal) and BHSS Sunderbani (Zone Sunderbani) bagged the 3rd position.
All the participants of the quiz competition will receive digital certificates and winners will receive special appreciation certificates. The entire event was conducted under the guidance of Principal DIET, Hamida Begum. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Tabasum Mirza, Lecturer.
