DLSA Udhampur organises Legal Awareness Programme on NALSA scheme

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR UDHAMPUR, JULY 25: Rajni Sharma, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Udhampur today organized a Legal Awareness Programme on NALSA (Effective implementation of Poverty Alleviation) Scheme 2015 in the premises of Naib Tehsildar Office Udhampur.

The awareness event was held in consonance with the Common Minimum Programme provided by J&K Legal Services Authority and under the overall Supervision of Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Udhampur Rajni Sharma.

The Resource person of the Programme was Panel Lawyer Adv. Sanjeet Kumar. The Resource Person threw light on the provisions of the NALSA Scheme and informed the gathering about the benefits which the masses can take from the abovementioned Scheme, especially the Labour class. The programme was attended by the President Kisan Mazdoor Sangh Udhampur and members of the Labour Community.

The resource person, Sanjeet Kumar thanked the participants, for participating in the Legal Awareness Programme and vowed that DLSA Udhampur will be always ready to help the general masses, especially economically weaker sections of the society.
