Civilian shot at, injured in Budgam

Press Trust of Kashmir | Srinagar : A civilian was shot at and injured by unknown gunmen suspected to be militants in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Monday evening, officials said.

A police officer said that the civilian identified as Tajamul Mohi-ud-Din Rather was fired upon by militants near his home at Gotpora Budgam.

He said Tajamul has been shifted to hospital in injured condition.
