Four teachers terminated from services in Kashmir

 

Srinagar,21 Nov (PTK): The Jammu and Kashmir School Education Department has ordered termination of four teachers from government services under Article 113 and 128 of J&K Civil Service Rules (Volume I) of 1956 for remaining unauthorisedly absent .

 

According to Press trust of Kashmir (PTK), the Director of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) issued four separate orders in which four teachers

namely Alka Tak teacher, MS Moran Tangwari area in Baramulla, Rubeen Kakroo, MS Mir Mohalla area in Baramulla, Waseem Gull, BHS Nunner area in Ganderbal and Ajay Bhat, HS Dalwach area of Anantnag, who were found absent unauthorizedly for a period of more than five years, were terminated from government services .

 

The DSEK issued orders, of which a copy lies with Press Trust Of Kashmir that reads, a teacher Alka Tak remained unauthorizedly absent from her legitimate duties with immediate effect from September-25-2015 and

has been terminated under article 113 and 128 of J&K Civil Service Rules (Volume I) of 1956 even as she was provided enough opportunity to resume her duties.

 

According to the order, Rubeen Kakroo has been terminated under article 113 of J&K Civil Service Rules (Volume I) of 1956 for remaining absent from her legitimate duties and used to go to abroad without obtaining permission from competent authority, she had hardly attended her duties for a period of 57 days from the date of joining in June 24, 2009 till October 01, 2011,the order further reads.

 

The order issued against Waseem Gul stated that he has been terminated under article 113 of J&K Civil Service Rules (Volume I) of 1956 for remaining absent from his legitimate duties from March 03, 2014 even as he was provided opportunity to resume his duties.

 

The termination order issued against Ajay Bhat stated that he had joined the department on June 27, 2018 and remained unauthorisedly absent from his duties from March 09, 2019 without completion of his probation period. The teacher has also been terminated under article 128 of J&K Civil Service Rules (Volume I) of 1956.(PTK).
