Driver dies after truck fell into deep gorge at Zojila Ganderbal

Ganderbal, 11 September (PTK) : In a tragic accident, A driver lost his life after the vehicle fell into a deep gorge near Chini Nallah Zojila pass area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Saturday afternoon .

Sources told Press Trust Of Kashmir (PTK) that a driver dies after his vehicle bearing registration Number JK13D-4115 fell into 300-ft deep gorge Near Chini Zojila pass .

An official told that the vehicle was on way to srinagar from Kargil, met with an accident near zojila pass, soon after the incident locals and police reached to the spot and started rescue operation.

In the mishap driver identified as Feroz Ahmad Khanday Son of Gh Nabi Khanday a resident of Qamarwari Srinagar died on spot.

Meanwhile Police have taken cognizance of the accident.(PTK).
