National anthem singing competition : Ganderbal District

NATIONAL ANTHEM SINGING COMPETITION : GANDERBAL DISTRICT

Press Trust of Kashmir | Ganderbal : In a series of events planned to celebrate the 75th Independence Day, district administration Ganderbal organised an District level online National Anthem singing competition.

Offical told  the Press Trust of Kashmir  competition the students of Army Goodwill School practiced individually and also collectively in group. The hardwork bore fruit as the students came out with flying colours by sweeping first and second position in individual and group category respectively in the age group (13-18)years.

Name of winners are as under:- Humaira Jan  Class: 8th, Ist position in individual category.-Humaira Jan Class: 8th-Salma Muzaffer Class:6th 2nd position-Sakhira Bashir Class:10th 2nd position in group category

The winners were felicitated at the District Headquarters and will now be representing the district in the Divisional level competition.

To further motivate and encourage other students to imbibe such skill and provide a further impetus, winners of the competition were appreciated in the morning assembly on behalf of HQ 3 Sector Rashtriya Rifles and were presented with a motivational book, ” Wings of Fire” and stationary item for day to day use .(PTK).
