152 new COVID positive cases reported in J&K, tally moves to 128249, Death toll rises 1979 with 01 new death

Udhampur, Samba, Kishtwar, Poonch and Reasi reports no new cases.

Srinagar March, 19 (PTK) Jammu and Kashmir today reported 152 fresh positive cases of COVID and one new death, taking the total tally cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 128249.

These cases include 31 from Jammu division and 121 from the Kashmir valley, as per the details provided in media bulletin by DIPR.

The details mentioned that Kashmir valley reports no new deaths, while Jammu division reports one new death, taking the death toll to 1979 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Dividing the cases district wise, it mentioned that 69 cases were reported from Srinagar, 15 from Baramulla, 15 from Budgam, 05 from Pulwama, 06 from Kupwara, 02 from Anantnag, while Bandipora 01, Ganderbal 03, Kulgam 01, Shopian 04, Jammu 20, Rajouri 04, Doda 02, Kathua 02 and Ramban 03.

Moreover, they said, 72 patients were discharged from from various hospitals including 06 from Jammu division and 66 from Kashmir division. (PTK)
