Arrested PDP leaders released, asked to remain present in court on 05 Nov

Srinigar Oct 29 ( PTK) :PDP leaders who were arrested from PDP office Srinagar after they tried to protest against the new lands have been released.

As per order they have been asked to remain present in the court of executive Magistrate ist class south Srinagar 05 November.

As per the order in the matter tiled above accused persons are under judicial custody.

Surety persons have appeared before this court and gave written surety

Bonds to the tune of Rs 10,000 directed to release the accused persons who are under judicial custody henceforth.

Accused are directed to remain present in the court of executive Magistrate 11 Class South Srinagar on 05 november, order reads. (PTK)
