Militant Killed, PSO of BJP worker injured during attack in Ganderbal :- Police

Ganderbal Oct 06 (PTK) An unidentified militant was killed when militants attacked the house of BJP worker in Nunar area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district, police said Tuesday.

Kashmir police tweeted on its official twitter handle that militants fired at one BJP worker at Nunar in Ganderbal. “He is safe however, his one PSO sustained injuries in the incident. One unidentified militant killed in PSO’s retaliation.”

An official said that the militants attacked the hosue of BJP worker Ghulam Qadir at Nunar, but PSO’s retaliation resulted in the killing of one militant in the exchange of fir and PSO also received bullet injuries

He added that PSO has been shifted to near by hospital for treatment and area has been cordoned off.(PTK)
