NC’s PAC meeting reviews strategy for legal battle against abrogation of special status of J&K.

Srinagar August 29 (PTK) National Conference President Farooq Abdullah on Saturday in a meeting reviewed a strategy for legal battle against abrogation of Special status of J&K.

Dr. Farooq Abdullah, Omar Abdullah, Ali Mohmmad Sagar, Mustufa Kamal,Abdul Rahim Rather Mohammad Shafi Uri,chourdary Mohammad Ramzan, Main Altaf, Mir Saifullah. Sakeena Itoo, Shameema Firdous, Nisar Aslam, Aga Ruhullah, Kamar Ali Akhoon , Haneefa Jan, Shami obrai, of political affairs committee participated in a meeting.

The strategy to be adopted for contesting the case filed in the supreme court of the country against abrogation of article 370 and article 35 A and also the J&K Reorganisation Act 2019 Enacted to divide the erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir state.

This is first high powered meeting called by National Conference after the abrogation of Article 370 and Article 35 A and also bifurcation of erstwhile state into two union territories.(PTK)
