Muslims Perform last rites of Pandit Women in Bandipora

Bandipora, 04 June(PTK)  In Kaloosa area of Bandipora district, Muslim community performed the last rites of a Pandit women on thursday who breathed her last in Bandipora.
A pandit woman namely Rani Bhat wife of Mooti Lal Bhat a resident of Kaloosa Bandipora breathed her last during the intervening night of 03-04 thursday.
Muslims in large numbers participated in her last rites.
Eyewitnesses told that all arrangements were made by the local Muslim population. The relatives of hindu women, while expressing gratitude to the Muslims, said they have no words to express their emotions.
