POLICE SEIZED HAMDAN GAS AGENCY AT 90 FEET ROAD

Saringer May 30(PTK) Godown of Hamdan Gas Agency at Hassanul Bannat Colony Umerhair 90-feet Road has been seized by Tehsildar Eidgah, in which about 400 cylinders have been sealed and seized by tehsildar concerned, the gowdon was threat to the locality as it is located in the middle of residential area.

In this connection case FIR No. 52/2020 u/s 336 IPC, 3/7 EC Act, 23 Petroleum Act has been lodged against owner of the Hamdan Gas Agency namely :
Aadil Ahmad Dijoo
S/o Basharat Saleem Dijoo R/o Hasanul Bannat colony who had illegally stored LPG gas Cylinders in tin shed in his compound thus making whole colony vulnerable. The store along with 400 cylinders has been sealed by concerned Tehsildar.(PTK)
