Larnoo police registerd FIR against 21 residents of Kharpora village for refusing to provide their samples for Covid_19 test
Anantnag 15 May (PTK) Larnoo police on Friday registered cases against 21 persons of village Kharpora Tehsil Larnoo for refusing to provide their sample to conduct their Covid-19 tests.
According to PTK, Pertinently Kharpora was declared as Red zone for Covid _19 by authorities after positive cases of corona virus was been found in the village last month.
Authorities said that today when a team of health department start taking tests of primary contacts of positive covid_19 cases they refused to do so, forcing police station Larnoo to register FIR against the said persons.
The said persons violated the order and case against these were registered accordingly under the provision of sec 188 IPC,Fir no. 27|20 u|S 188,269,270,271 at P/S Larnoo.
Tehsildar Larnoo, SHO Larnoo along with their teams were also present there.
Tehsildar Larnoo said those were the persons who belongs from the families of Covid _19 positive cases,these are primary contacts and these contacts are threat and dangerous for community transmission of Covid_19 .
He also make appealed to the villagers of Kharpora to stay away from these people and stay at home to save the whole community.(PTK)
