First COVID-19 Case reported from South Kashmir Anantnag

Srinagar(PTK) : Jammu and Kashmir recorded its second highest single-day rise in the number of persons testing positive for COVID-19 on Thursday as tally of the infected persons mounted to 184, in which 152 are in Kashmir and 32 are in Jammu.
While as South Kashmir Anantnag district reported its first postive case of COVID-19 and the person is from cheki wangund, area of Qazigund.
ACR of district Anantnag Syed Yasir late evening confirmed about the case on his Twitter, ”Unfortunate but true. The first reported case in district Ang is from chake wangund, Dooru. Area declared Red Zone. Sanitisation underway, Contact tracing on. Please stay Home. Still, Nothing is lost!”
About, 1811 persons have been discharged so far in Kashmir Valley after successfully completing their quarantine
