LAWDA demolishes illegal structures in Dalgate

SRINAGAR, MARCH 16(PTK): The Lakes and Waterways Development Authority (LAWDA) through its Enforcement Wing today demolished three illegally raised structures at Dalgate Boulevard area of Srinagar.

The LAWDA Enforcement Officer said the drive to remove illegal structures and constructions in their jurisdiction will continue and elements creating hurdles in the process will be dealt under the law.

He said public residing within the LAWDA jurisdiction is directed not to go for any sort of illegal constructions.

He also said that Tipper/Load carrier owners should not carry construction material in the prohibited area of Dal/Nigeen Lake without permission.(PTK)
