NC leading in Srinagar, PC in North Kashmir, Congress leading in South Kashmir

SRINAGAR: As counting got underway in three parliamentary constituencies in Jammu and Kashmir amid heightened security arrangements around counting centres, National Conference was leading from Srinagar parliamentary continuency, while JKPC was leading from North Kashmir, and Congress was leading from South Kashmir in the first round of voting.

In Srinagar continuency, NC’s Faroq Abdullah was leading in all 15 Assembly segments.
