GA Mir best leader in state’s political landscape to represent people in parliament: Kadfeen 

Srinagar, May 2:  Holding previous coalition of BJP and PDP responsible for pushing the youth of the state towards wall, Congress leader Kadfeen Choudhary on Thursday slammed the two parties over implementing SRO 202 in the state.

Interacting with scores of youth delegations from South Kashmir, Kadfeen said it is Congress candidate G.A. Mir who is the best person to take up issues of the people especially youth in the parliament and get them resolved on priority. Kadfeen said that Mir’s political astuteness and sagacity as an administrator and as a leader is known to one and all in the state as well as in the Country and that it is going to be a golden opportunity for the people of South Kashmir to make their voices heard in parliament through him.

He also slammed the PDP and BJP over talking about youth empowerment  at present and said that these two political groups in actual left no stone unturned to disempower youth through SRO 202.

Kadfeen said that under the SRO 202, during the period of first five years, the government appointee shall be entitled to the minimum of scale of pay along with the grade pay applicable to the post against which he is appointed. And further, every appointee shall after completion of five years period on probation be entitled to fixation of pay in the time-scale of pay applicable to the post against which he is appointed. “This rule was enacted in the state under the regime of the PDP-BJP coalition amid much opposition from the social and civil society groups who termed it tantamount to slaughtering the abilities of the talented youth and rendering them into monkeys being thrown the peanuts at,” said Kadfeen and added that both BJP and PDP have no moral right to seek votes from the people at present.
