MLA Kangan, Mian Mehar Ali, Meets Director Fire & Emergency Services J&K, Shri Alok Kumar (IPS)

Ganderbal  February 14 (PTK) Hon’ble MLA Kangan, Mian Mehar Ali, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Shri Alok Kumar (IPS), Director Fire & Emergency Services J&K, for sanctioning a Fire and Emergency Station at Sonamarg.

According to PTK News agency,  noteworthy that the Government has already identified one kanal of land at Sonamarg for this purpose. Hon’ble MLA Mian Mehar Ali has recommended the release of funds from his UT Capex share for the construction of the building and garage to accommodate manpower and a fire tender on the designated land.

Until the main building is completed at Sonamarg, fire tender services and manpower will be stationed at Gagangeer in the APCO camp, as the matter has already been taken up with the concerned authorities.(PTK)
