UDHAMPUR, JANUARY 25 (PTK): On 25 th January 2025, Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy Udhampur observed National Voters Day in the premises of SKPA Udhampur in which all GOs/NGOs/others and Trainees of various ongoing courses took pledge on the occasion. After taking the pledge emphasis was laid on the significance, objective of celebrations of National Voters Day and all personnel were made aware and encouraged to participate in Electoral processes, issues and right voting decisions.
Promoting awareness on the subject among masses will make voter’s understanding of fundamental rights enshrined in constitution that also enumerates the responsibility that voters ned to consider before and after casting their voters. While concluding the event all participants were advised to adhered the instructions with note that voting is our civic responsibility and is one of the fundamental tools of which our nation has guaranteed our inalienable rights throughout the history. All the participants were administered pledge by Sh. Rakesh Sambyal CLI of SKPA Udhampur who also highlighted the significance on the National Voters Day.(PTK)
