Explosives recovered along LoC in Poonch

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR SEP 23:- Security forces on Friday recovered explosives near the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district.
An officialuring a search operation, Army troops found a bag near the LoC in Noorkot area,
They recovered a radio set, grenades, one circuit and one metal box, which is likely to be an Improvised Explosive Device (IED), from the bag, he said.
He said that in bag hree IEDs were suspected following which search operation was started in the area.

Entire area has been cordoned by the army and police and a massive search operation is going on, he said.
