DPO Kupwara inaugurates various ICDS stalls at Machill
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR KUPWARA, SEPTEMBER 17: District Programme Officer, ICDS Kupwara, Mohammad Ashraf Hakak today visited far flung border area of Machill and inaugurated various stalls of ICDS project Kalaroose in presence of CDPO Kalaroose, Ghulam Mohiddin, Army Officers, Health functionaries, PRIs and people.
These stalls were highlighting various schemes like PMMVY, Poshan Mah, Aadhaar Enrolment and Anemia Mukt Bharat.

On the occasion, the DPO stressed upon the concerned officer and field functionaries to make special efforts in reaching out all the benefits under different ICDS schemes to the potential beneficiaries of the border area.
The DPO also convened a meeting with PRIs and Field Functionaries and got a detailed feedback from them regarding the functioning of Anganwadi Centres in the Machil area. He was informed that 51 Anganwadi Centres are operational in the area.
The DPO showed satisfaction with the working of the ICDS Centres in the far flung Machil area and assured every possible support for facilitating them.
