PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR GANDERBAL AUG 19:- Social Activist Bilal Ahmad while reacting to reports of non locals can vote in J&K said that when your identity is being snatched, you have to be prepared for anything.

He said that when you snatched identity of J&K now you can implement any law here and people of Kashmir have always remained after peace and if such steps can bring peace here we can welcome such steps

However, such steps won’t never be able to bring peace here and in whatever decision in any family are being taken are taken only after discussions but no such things happen here, he said
