Har Ghar Tiranga: Several Activities carried out in Baramulla
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR BARAMULLA, AUGUST 12: In an effort to sensitize people about the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign, the District Administration Baramulla in collaboration with Education Department Baramulla and Social Welfare Department today organised several activities including Tiranga rally in the district in which a huge number of students and various stakeholders participated.
At the outset, a scooty rally of specially abled persons was carried out from Dak Bungalow which was flagged-off by Additional Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Zahoor Ahmad Raina in presence of Assistant Commissioner Revenue Peerzada Mumtaz Ahmad, District Social welfare officer Nissar Ahmad Wani and various other senior officers of the district.
The participants of scooty rally were seen carrying National Flags, Banners and placards, depicting the need and importance of celebrating ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign. The participants also chanted slogans in order to aware general people about the campaign.
A similar rally was carried out at Government Boys Higher Secondary School Baramulla during which a huge number of students from various schools across the district participated.

The rally was flagged-off by Additional District Development Commissioner Baramulla Aijaz Abdullah Saraf in presence of Senior Superintendent of Police Baramulla Rayees Mohammad Bhat and Chief Education officer Baramulla GN Lone.
The participating students took out a Tiranga rally and marched through several areas.
On the occasion, the ADDC lauded the organizers for organising the event and appreciated participants for their active role in making the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign a big success in the district.
