One dead, around two dozen mysterious explosion at Udhampur

Nature of explosion being ascertained, say officials

Udhampur March, 9 PTK  onep died while as over 20 were injured, a few of them critical, in a mysterious explosion that took place at a chowk in Udhampur town of Jammu on Wednesday.

A powerful explosion took place at Slathia chowk in Udhampur town in which several people including passengers received injuries.

“All the injured have been shifted to Udhampur hospital where they are being treated upon and condition of a few is reportedly serious,” They added.

Sources said that one among the injured has succumbed while condition of many is said to be critical.
