Grenade inside pressure cooker at Khawajabazar Srg, diffused by BDS: Police

Srinagar, 14 Jan (PTK): Bomb disposal squad diffused a grenade, which was found inside a suspicious bag at Khawajabazar area of Nowhatta Srinagar on friday, official said.

Official sources told Press Trust Of Kashmir (PTK) that the security forces on friday found a Granade, which was inside a pressure cooker fitted with wires at Khawjabazar area in nowhatta Srinagar.

Accordingly a team of Bomb disposal Squad (BDS) was called in and later the grenade was successfully destroyed by the BDS, he adds.

Meanwhile the traffic services was restored on the road after some time . (PTK).
