DDC Kangan-B Urges authorities for road connectivity to Far-flung areas in Ganderbal

Ganderbal, 13 Jan (PTK) :The District Development Council of kangan (B) block, Mian Amjid on thursday expressing concern over the difficulties faced by the people of far-flung area of Kangan ganderbal and urged the higher authorities to construct road connectivity across the far-flung areas of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
As per the statement issued to Press trust of Kashmir (PTK) the District Development Council (DDC) member Mian Amjid expressing concern over the difficulties faced by the people of far-flung area of Kangan as they are without proper road connectivity.
Mian Amjid said that major roads in Kangan (B) Constituency falling under the jurisdiction of R&B Division Kangan are the worst suffers in road connectivity.
The roads are in dilapidated condition, and had not been repaired since years.
The Far-flung areas without road connectivity are Waniaram-dogapati-Wangath , Waniaram-Khatiwanagth-Kachnambal to kathi aside of Wangath river and hospital road Barwalla.
He said that the life of locals of Kangan area totally hampers and remains paralyzed during rainy season as the muddy road creates extreme problems and especially slippery roads.
Amjid demand immediate repairment of the far-flung roads in Kangan block and requested concerned Department and LT Governor of the Union Territory Jammu and Kashmir for redressal of this grave demand,the statement reads. (PTK).
