Srinagar, 09 Dec (PTK) : The Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on thursday has extended the suspension of scheduled international commercial passenger flights till October 31st of January 2022.
A notice issued by the DGCA, of which a copy lies with Press Trust Of Kashmir (PTK), that reads “In partial modification of circular dated 26-11-2021, the competent authority has further extended the validity of circular issued on the subject cited above regarding scheduled international commercial passenger services to/from India till 2359 hrs IST of 31st January 2022. This restriction shall not apply to international all-cargo operations and flights specifically approved by DGCA,” the notice reads.
The notice also stated that the international scheduled flights may be allowed on selected routes by the competent authority on case to case basis. (PTK)
