PDD Lineman Sustain Injuries after receiving Electric Shock In Kulgam
Srinagar, 08 Dec (PTK) : A lineman of Power Development Department (PDD) sustained burn injuries after receiving an electric shock while repairing a transformer in Kilam area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district here on Wednesday.
Reports reaching Press trust of Kashmir (PTK) that a PDD lineman was called after the transformer develop technical snag at kilam Kulgam , while repairing the transformer, PDD employee received an electric shock and sustained burn injuries .
After the incident he was immediately rushed to GMC Anantnag, where he is undergoing treatment and is stable, as per reports.
The PDD lineman has been identified as Fayaz Ahmad Shah son of Muhammad Yousuf Shah a resident of kilam of kulgam District.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance of the incident and started further investigation in this regard. (PTK)
