Saahil Farooq said satruna villages of Kangan, Bin Bagh, Hayan Satruna, Thun and Kurg Sharpathri are facing severe hardships as a result of power shortage, said a senior Congress leader. President District Congress Committee Ganderbal Sahil Farooq Sahib at women workers convention in Kangan,Due to power outages, people are being forced to take to the streets, while people from Kangan, Hayan, Bin Bagh, Struna, Thun and Kurg areas of Ganderbal district as well as dozens of areas of the district have been deprived of electricity for the past one week.

 

Sahil Farooq said that despite receiving electricity charges, the department is playing tricks on the people in the district.

 

According to Sahil Farooq, despite the power plants in the district, the people here are being kept in utter darkness,absence causes serious problems and the government needs to take action as soon as possible.

 

Sahil Farooq said only Congress party can solve the problems of the people at the grassroots level and provide relief to them.

Saahil asked the workers to assure the people in their respective areas that the Congress has always been with the people for the advanced period of their future and country and now in modern system even Congress is the only party that can make it strong and stable at the international level.
