Two LET associates held with IED’s in Pulwama: IGP Kashmir 

 

Srinagar, 17 Nov (PTK): Jammu and Kashmir police on Wednesday evening claimed to have arrested two Lashkar-e-Toiba associates alongwith two ready to use IED’s at Circular Road in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

 

Official sources told Press Trust Of Kashmir (PTK) that a major tragedy was averted by police and security forces during a joint naka checking at circular road Pulwama after two LET associates were apprehended namely Amir Bashir and Mukhtar Ahmad Bhat and two ready to use IED’s were recovered from their possession.

 

Meanwhile Kashmir zone police also informed through a tweet that “major tragedy averted by Pulwama Police & SFs. 2 LeT militant associates namely Amir Bashir & Mukhtar Bhat arrested by Pulwama Police & SFs during joint naka checking. 2 ready to use IEDs were recovered from their possession.
