Covid unlock:- Ganderbal police seeks cooperation of public in adhering to Covid SOPs

Press trust of Kashmir| Ganderbal The Ganderbal Police on Monday has sought full cooperation of the general public in andhering to the Covid appropriate behavior
“Ganderbal Police is seeking full cooperation of the general public and stake holders in adhering to the COVID-19 guidelines issued by @dcganderbal. @Gbl_Police assures the general public & stake holders for full cooperation & assistance in this matter,” Ganderbal Police tweeted.
As per the order issued by District Magistrate, In pursuance to the State Executive Committee Order No. 36-JK (DMRRR) of 2021 dated: 29-05-2021 and in continuation to this office order endorsement No. DM/GBL/PS/F-75/88-dated: 23-05-2021 and in exercise of powers vested under Sec. 144 of CrPC as well as section 34 of Disaster Management Act 2005, it is hereby ordered for following additional arrangements:
Barber Shops and salons shall be open on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday only. Standalone shops of all types shall be open on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday only. Restaurants shall be open for home delivery only on all days i.e. from Monday to Friday. No entry of customers shall be permitted even for self take-away of orders, Outdoor bazaars and outdoor shopping complexes shall be open on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday only. Sports are permitted to resume their training and activities in outdoor sports stadium grounds. However no spectator shall be allowed in these stadium/ grounds. Public transport (Matadors / Mini buses / Taxis / Can aggregators) at 50% of authorized seating capacity / Auto-rickshaws and three wheelers shall be permitted. Vehicles meant for Medical Emergencies, personnel movement meant for Essential services/vaccination drives upon the production of 1-Cards Curfew passes/air tickets shall be permitted.There shall be daily night curfew from 08:00 PM to 07:00 AM till next day. There shall be weekend curfew w.e.f. 08:00 PM each Friday till 07:00 AM each Monday.
All the other Guidelines / Instructions on COVID containment measures issued by State Executive Committee J&K vide Government Order 36-JK (DMRRR) of 2021 dated: 29-05-2021 will also remain in force till further orders.
Any violation of this order by any person shall invite punitive action under the relevant law(s).
The Police authorities / Executive Magistrates / Incident Commanders/ Executive Officer Municipal Council, Ganderbal shall strictly enforce compliance to this order, it adds.( PTK)
