SGR March 30 (PTK) The debit card/credit card/smart card payments are accepted by railways, airlines, malls, hotels, major shops and business establishments all over India but there is Hatrick units in Srinagar where there are no such facilities due to which customers are suffering a lot.
For accepting payments through cards the merchant establishments need a Point of Sale (POS) terminal. The sale transactions made through POS terminal is called Point of Sale (POS) business
Customers from different areas said that no such facilities are being there at the Hatrick units in Karan Nagar, Rajbagh and other units due to which they are suffering.
They further added that if such facilities are accepted anywhere at these units, then we are being asked to credit it in account of employees.
They added that unit holders are doing this deliberately so as to save their one percent GST.
In order to save their one percent GST, they are forcing hundreds of customers to come with cash and customers are forced to go to ATMs which are far from these units
They requested that authorities must take cognizance of the issue and ask units holders to keep all facilities available for the ease of customers. (PTK)
