SGR March, 29 (PTK) District Magistrate Srinagar said that they have taken cognizance of the video footage about land dispute in the Baghat Barzulla and has appointed ADC Srinagar as the enquiry officer
“Whereas, it has come to my notice through a video footage on the
social media on 27-03-2021 that there is some land dispute in the revenue
village Baghat Barzulla Srinagar, reads an order
Whereas, the instant matter seems to be related to erection of the
gate by one party and objection to this action by the other party, it further adds
Whereas, the undersigned has taken cognizance of the video footage
uploaded on the social media wherein allegations have been levelled by one
party against the other party.
Now, therefore, ADC Srinagar Shri Khursheed Ahmad Shah is hereby appointed as enquiry officer for fact finding in the matter, it adds
He shall submit
the detailed report in this regard within 2 days, it reads. (PTK)
