Srinagar Feb 19 (PTK) :The National Conference (NC) candidate in Rajouri was on Friday elected as District Development Council (DDC) Chairman while as Congress candidate bagged Vice Chairman post.
Officials said that Advocate Naseem Liaqat, who was PAGD candidate for Chairman won after getting eight out of fourteen votes while Shabir Khan of Congress won as Vice Chairman..
