Srinigar Feb 06 (PTK) :Apni party on Saturday bagged Chairman and vice chairman seat in DDC chairman elections in Shopian.

Official sources said that for Chairman seat, Apni Party got 8 votes while as PAGD got seven seats, however, they got vice chairman seat through draw of lot.
They said Bilqees Akhter of Watchi who won DDC elections on Zainapora-1 seat will be ist Chairman and Irfan Manhas will be vice chairman of District Development Council Shopian. (PTK)
