Srinigar Jan 07 (PTK) :The residents of S K colony in Anantnag town on Thursday staged a candle light protest against administration for failing to clear the snow from the right roads.
Locals assembled and protested against the administration and urged them to take steps to clear snows from the roads.
Locals said that despite repeated requests to the authorities, roads in the area are yet to be cleared.
If this is the condition of town then what will be the condition of villages and other far off places, they said.
They added that they are facing lot of hardships due to the accumulation of heavy snow on the roads.
They once again requested administration to look into the matter and clear snow from the roads so that they can heave a sigh of relief. (PTK)
