126 new COVID positive cases reported in J&K, tally moves to 122049

 

Death toll rises 1900 with 03 new deaths

 

Anantnag, Kulgam and Reasi reports no new cases

Srinagar 06 Jan (PTK): Jammu and Kashmir today reported 126 fresh positive cases of COVID and 03 new deaths, taking the total tally cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 122049.

 

These cases include 73 from Jammu division and 53 from the Kashmir valley, as per the details provided in media bulletin by DIPR.

 

The details mentioned that Three more COVID patients died in Kashmir valley while Jammu reports no new death, taking the death toll to 1900 in Jammu and Kashmir.

 

Dividing the cases district wise, it mentioned that 23 cases were reported from Srinagar, 02 from Baramulla, 03 from Budgam, 03 from Kupwara, 04 from Pulwama, while Bandipora reported 03, Ganderbal 13, Shopian 02, Jammu 48, Udhampur 03, Rajouri 01, Doda 04, Kathua 06, Kishtwar 02, Samba 06, Poonch 02, and Ramban 01.

 

Moreover, they said, 264 patients were discharged from from various hospitals including 144 from Jammu division and 120 from Kashmir division. (PTK)
